The lining must be tampered and compactness is uniform. For the newly built lining, it must be sintered according to the technological requirements and sintered before it can be used.
 
In the process of using silica sol precision casting, one of the most common problems is the appearance of pore inside the product. For some parts with high requirements, it is absolutely not allowed to have pore inside, so Silica Sol precision casting needs to prevent pore during processing.

Silica Sol precision casting can effectively prevent its pouring entrainment, which is conducive to the discharge of gas in the cavity. In the process of pouring, the pouring temperature can be properly increased, the distance of the ladle nozzle can be lowered as far as possible, and the pouring speed needs to be reduced.
